Mr D B Das Gupta

Mr Das Gupta has more than thirty years working experience of which the last 17 years has been as the Managing Director of Stocker Roberts & Gupta Sdn Bhd (previously operating as Knight Frank Baillieu) in Malaysia. Prior to that, he was the sole proprietor of Gupta & Co for 6 years.
Mr Gupta has served in local government and private practice in London for 7 years and was engaged in the Treasury Valuation Department, in Penang and Kuala Lumpur for three years.
During this period he has carried out several large valuation instructions including large rubber and oil palm plantations, shopping complexes in excess of 500,000 square feet, Hotels with more than 500 rooms, 2,000 acres township development sites and so on.
Other experiences include a 35 storey office building, a 200,000 square feet (built-up area) college, a 20 acres residential development as a Project Manager.
In Agency, amongst others he has sold office blocks in excess of 200,000 square feet net area, a 3,000 acre oil palm plantation, a 650-acre homestead development and a 254-unit condominium development.
Academically, he has been an Examiner for the Institution of Surveyors examinations for the past 19 years.
Mahayuddin Bin Makmin

Currently, he holds a post as Director in Stocker Roberts & Gupta (J) Sdn Bhd, Johor Bahru.
Encik Mahayuddin has 15 years working experience in property consultancy with offices based in Johor Bahru. He has served two property consultancy firms as well as property management company.
Encik Mahayuddin holds an honours degree in Urban Estate Surveying from the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. He is also a registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia. Apart from the above, he is the current Honorary Secretary for The Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Johor Branch. He is also a Licensed Auctioneer in the State of Johor.
His experience throughout includes the following:-
a) Valuation of landed properties including agricultural and development lands as well as built-up properties such as residential, commercial complexes, hotels, purpose built offices, holiday resorts and industrial.
b) Market and feasibility studies for various development land in determining the highest and best use together with the opinion of viability for the proposed project.
c) Verification of project cost for bridging loan application together with verification of recommended releases upon certifying completion stages of construction.
d) Property Management of a 30-storey office building, Public Bank Tower in Johor Bahru.
Mahayuddin has working experience almost in every state throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. He has given talks in several Valuation Teach-ins and Seminars to several financial institutions officials.
RAJDEEN BIN M A RAJ MOHAMED

Rajdeen graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai in 2000. He holds a degree in B Survey in Property Management. He completed his Diploma in Valuation at the same university in 1996.
While at the university he was an active member of various students’ associations especially the Property Management Society.
Rajdeen has 12 years working experience and that covers all aspects of valuation, estate agency, land acquisition as well as general marketing and administrative works. Prior to joining Stocker Roberts & Gupta (Johor Branch), he worked as a Valuation Executive at a Chartered Surveyor’s firm in Johor Bahru.
He is currently a Member of Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and now registered as Probationary Valuer seeking full registration with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.
NG SHIN LIN

B Sc (H) in Estate Management (UK)
Shin Lin studied Estate Management at University of Greenwich, in London and graduated in 2002.
Upon his return from the UK he immediately started working as Valuation Executive at Stocker Roberts & Gupta in Kuala Lumpur. He has six years working experience in valuation of various property types for a range of clients. He is also responsible for the smooth running of valuation department in the headoffice.
He is currently a Member of Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and now registered as Probationary Valuer seeking full registration with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.
ZURI BIN MOHAMAD
Senior Valuation Executive

B Sc in Property Management (UTM)
Zuri received his Diploma in Valuation from UTM in 1997. He graduated with B Sc in Property Management (UTM) in 2003.
Prior to joining Stocker Roberts & Gupta (Johor Branch) in 2003, he had worked in a Chartered Surveyor firm in Johor Bahru for six years.
Zuri is in charged for the valuation of various properties in the Valuation Department. He also does marketing to banks and financial institutions as well as corporate clients.
He is currently a Member of Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and now registered as Probationary Valuer seeking full registration with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.
